At Shree Kuber Health Care, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Replacement Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns once an order is placed. However, we do provide replacements in genuine cases such as:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • You contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and provide clear images of the issue.

Once verified, your replacement will be processed promptly. Replacements typically take 5–7 working days to be delivered, depending on your location.


Non-Replaceable Situations

Replacements will not be approved in the following cases:

  • The customer entered an incorrect or incomplete address, and the courier could not deliver the product.
  • The customer changed their mind or no longer wishes to use the product.
  • The product has been opened, used, tampered with, or is not in its original condition.
  • The customer failed to contact us within 7 days of delivery.

⚠️ Wrong Address or Failed Delivery (Important)

If an order cannot be delivered due to a wrong, incomplete, or unreachable address, it will be returned to us by the courier.

  • For prepaid orders, no refund will be issued, as the failed delivery is the customer’s responsibility.
  • However, we can reship the same order to the correct address once you share the updated details and pay the shipping charges again (₹70).
    Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order.

🚚 Shipping Timeline

  • Standard delivery time: 5–7 business days.
  • In some cases, delivery may take up to 10 days or slightly longer depending on location and courier conditions.
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹70 applies on all orders.
  • Both prepaid and COD orders are accepted.

🔁 Replacement Process

  1. Email us at shreekuberhealthcare@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Mention your Order ID, issue description, and attach clear product images.
  3. Our team will verify your request and arrange a replacement if eligible.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

To request a cancellation (before dispatch), email us immediately at shreekuberhealthcare@gmail.com with your order ID.
If the order has already been shipped, you may still refuse delivery, but no refund will be issued for prepaid orders in such cases.
