  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once your order is processed and dispatched, youโ€™ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 5โ€“7 business days across most locations in India.
  • In some cases, delivery may take up to 10 days or slightly more due to courier delays, remote areas, or unforeseen logistics issues.
  • Please note that delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control, but we always assist customers in resolving them quickly.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping fee of โ‚น70 is applicable on all orders.
  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid payment options for your convenience.
  • COD orders may incur additional handling charges depending on the delivery location.

๐Ÿ  Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your address, pin code, and phone number are accurate before placing your order.

  • If the delivery fails due to a wrong or incomplete address, or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the product will be returned to us.
  • In case of a prepaid order, no refund will be issued for undelivered packages caused by incorrect information.
  • However, we can reship the product once you provide the correct address, after paying the delivery fee again.

After dispatch, youโ€™ll receive a tracking number through email or SMS. You can use this link to track your shipmentโ€™s live status.
If you face any issues with tracking updates or courier delays, contact us โ€” weโ€™ll coordinate with the courier partner on your behalf.

All products are packed in tamper-proof, hygienic packaging to ensure safety and freshness during delivery.
Please do not accept the package if it appears tampered with or damaged. Contact us immediately in such cases.
