- All confirmed orders are processed within 1โ2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once your order is processed and dispatched, youโll receive a tracking link via email or SMS or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.

- Standard delivery time is 5โ7 business days across most locations in India.
- In some cases, delivery may take up to 10 days or slightly more due to courier delays, remote areas, or unforeseen logistics issues.
- Please note that delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control, but we always assist customers in resolving them quickly.
๐ฐ Shipping Charges
- A flat shipping fee of โน70 is applicable on all orders.
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid payment options for your convenience.
- COD orders may incur additional handling charges depending on the delivery location.
๐ Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your address, pin code, and phone number are accurate before placing your order.
- If the delivery fails due to a wrong or incomplete address, or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the product will be returned to us.
- In case of a prepaid order, no refund will be issued for undelivered packages caused by incorrect information.
- However, we can reship the product once you provide the correct address, after paying the delivery fee again.

If you face any issues with tracking updates or courier delays, contact us โ weโll coordinate with the courier partner on your behalf.

All products are packed in tamper-proof, hygienic packaging to ensure safety and freshness during delivery.
Please do not accept the package if it appears tampered with or damaged. Contact us immediately in such cases.
